In hospital, nursing home, and care home settings, the Alerta Sapphire 2 is a lightweight, alternating pressure-relieving mattress system that effectively prevents and treats users who are at high risk of developing a pressure ulcer. Constructed of 5″ air cells and a self-inflating 2″ sealed foam base it has proven efficiency for the prevention of high risk pressure sores. The Alerta Sapphire 2 has SensaCare Truflo Technology®, offering constant auto pressure sensing through an air sensor and microcomputer regulator. The constant pressure provides the user with an even ambience for natural sleep patterns and stable blood circulation. The memory function pump also benefits from Ultra Silent™ operation.
The Alerta Sapphire 2’s easy-to-use settings and features allow the care provider to quickly set up the mattress system and have it functioning at the ideal pressure for a particular user.

Collection from our warehouse
We will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time.
Pallet delivery — kerbside only
Your order will be delivered on a pallet as close to your property as safely possible. The driver will not bring the item indoors, unpack it, set it up, or remove the pallet/packaging.
Room-of-choice delivery
Your item will be delivered into a suitable room of your choice, subject to safe and reasonable access. This does not include setup unless stated on the product page.
Full delivery and setup service
Where available, the item will be delivered into your chosen room, assembled or set up as required, and checked ready for use.
Please make sure access is suitable before choosing an upgraded delivery service. This includes doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, and enough space in the chosen room. If access is restricted or unsafe, the delivery team may not be able to complete the service.
