The Drive Medical Envoy 4mph Mobility Scooter is a comfortable Class 2 pavement scooter designed for everyday local journeys. Supplied with two 50Ah batteries and a charger, it offers a maximum range of up to 30 miles together with all-round suspension, pneumatic tyres and a supportive adjustable driving position.

Suitable for: Single users who are physically and mentally able to operate a powered mobility scooter and require assistance with everyday transport on suitable pavements and firm, even surfaces.
Not suitable for: Road travel, loose or very uneven surfaces, gradients above 8°, users weighing more than 160 kg including accessories, or anyone unable to operate a powered scooter safely.

Transport considerations: The Envoy 4 weighs approximately 61 kg without its batteries and 94 kg with the supplied batteries installed. It is not a lightweight car-boot scooter and may require a suitable vehicle, ramp or lifting equipment for transportation.
Battery care: Fully charge the batteries before first use and follow the charging and storage instructions supplied with the scooter. Regular charging is important when the scooter is not used frequently.

Collection from our warehouse

Pallet delivery — kerbside only
Your order will be delivered on a pallet as close to your property as safely possible. The driver will not bring the item indoors, unpack it, set it up, or remove the pallet/packaging.
Room-of-choice delivery
Your item will be delivered into a suitable room of your choice, subject to safe and reasonable access. This does not include setup unless stated on the product page.
Full delivery and setup service
Where available, the item will be delivered into your chosen room, assembled or set up as required, and checked ready for use.
