The Gordon Ellis Prima Home Step is a stable household step supplied with a height-adjustable support handle. Its wide slip-resistant platform provides a practical 137mm boost for everyday tasks around the home, while the lightweight design makes it easy to reposition between rooms.
Key features: wide slip-resistant platform, height-adjustable padded handle, strong steel frame, four anti-slip feet, removable step surface and maximum user weight of 190kg / 30 stone.
Suitable for: indoor household use where a 137mm / 5.5″ step and supportive handhold are helpful, including appropriate tasks in bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms.
Not suitable for: users above the 190kg / 30 stone maximum user weight, anyone requiring a weight-bearing support handle, or applications where the step would need to be stacked with another product.

Handle guidance: The handle is intended to provide support only and must not be used to bear the user’s full weight. Do not overload the handle, as this could cause the step to tip.
Before use: Place the step on a stable surface, check that it does not rock and stand centrally on the platform. Do not combine or stack it with another step.
Bathroom use: Although the platform has slip-resistant features, it should be kept dry and free from soap, oil and other slippery residue.
Regular checks: Periodically check that the handle fixings remain secure and follow the supplied user guide for assembly, adjustment and safe use.

Some eligible products may offer an optional home delivery and setup service. Where available, this option allows the item to be delivered into your home and set up ready for use, subject to suitable access.

Collection from our warehouse
We will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time.
Pallet delivery — kerbside only
Your order will be delivered on a pallet as close to your property as safely possible. The driver will not bring the item indoors, unpack it, set it up, or remove the pallet/packaging.
Room-of-choice delivery
Your item will be delivered into a suitable room of your choice, subject to safe and reasonable access. This does not include setup unless stated on the product page.
Full delivery and setup service
Where available, the item will be delivered into your chosen room, assembled or set up as required, and checked ready for use.
Please make sure access is suitable before choosing an upgraded delivery service. This includes doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, and enough space in the chosen room. If access is restricted or unsafe, the delivery team may not be able to complete the service.
